Optimal Health Products LLC Rip off Wilmington Delaware

DO NOT buy this product from Optimal Health Products LLC. In Wilmington, DE USA. I emailed them (but they never replied) 3 times to cancel and spoke to someone on the phone to cancel who said it was all done but she did not make a record of this or give me a confirmation number and so I was sent the pills and charged $89 Canadian dollars. I just rang know and it appears they ignore any emails regarding cancellation because you have to do it by phone even tho it says you can email them on the website. I could not get through on the phone until to day and asked why didn't they have the curtesy to reply to my email and tell me I needed to call. The representative just kept repeating you have to do it by phone and said that was why they didn't respond to my 3 emails. I just find this very rude and incredibly poor customer service so BE WARNED and buy your product elsewhere. They also will not refund if I send the unopened product back. Please go somewhere else and avoid this disreputable company.
