I am writing to see if anything can be done to these people who are giving misleading information, lying to their patients, fraudulent and are financially ripping off these people who are mostly elderly. This all started when they diagnosed me with neuropathy which all five of my doctors said I did not have. My main concern is trying to get our $8,500 back. They will not give a refund saying I received everything which included that I did not. The electrotherapy system was $4,797 which in the contracts states unused can return. We returned these items 11-23-18 and now I paid for something I don't have.There are numerous complaints on them. There is a lot of information and paperwork to forward if you look into this business.
