As a recruiter it is paramount that you have a website not knowing anything about this industry I soon found a company called Optimal Internet, and soon met with Bruce Stander. Bruce seemed full of great ideas and gave me many options of how my new website could work. After meeting with a few companies I felt Bruce's industry knowledge would really help with my project so chose Optimal Internet to build my new website and carry out a full seo package.

Soon after work started I was left disappointed, the lack of communication from the outset was worrying and the time it took to deliver even the simplest of tasks was unexplainable.

I quickly realised this wasn't the company I had been sold, their "in house team of experts" in realisation was a bunch of freelancers scattered around the world. The bespoke recruitment system I was sold was in fact a version of the open source software Wordpress.

Luckily the recruitment community is one where people talk with each other unlike Optimal Internet, and the reputation of Bruce Stander is laughable within the industry, if only I had known before I my path had crossed that of Optimal Internet.
