optimalhosting.com i paid and signed up for hosting through an online FREE MAKE $$ WEBSITE BUT HAD to buy this and never got what it took to make $$ internet

 I ordered a webhosting service and paid for it through a credit card.  There is a monhly service fee to keep the service going. I have tried to contact the company in order to download the file that they said must be used and it doesn't download.  I was on my i-phone when I originally placed the order, so I thought perhaps that was the problem. Hence getting to my laptop nothing worked either - I can't find a HELP number for the company nor can my bank that the credit card was charged to. 

My bank can investigate further but if you can look into this complaint on this "RIPOFF" I'd greatly appreciate it.  It would help other consumers like myself not to be coerced to buy something that will be billed monthly and deriving absolutely no benefit to what the service was supposed to supply me with
