Optimized Cycling Solutions, OCS and Mark Stemmy Very unprofessional place to do business Cameron Park California

I was first introduced to Optimized Cycling Solutions and Mark Stemmy through some cycling enthusiast that had purchased a higher bike from them. I contacted OCS and spoke to Mark Stemmy about several cycling purchase options and the so-called customization that OCS offers. What I found was up sell after up sell and add on cost to the max. Not sure why Optimized Cycling Solutions feels they need to rip people off in the name of value but there is no way I would ever do business with Optimized Cycling Solutions or Mark Stemmy. I understand the special touch and customization required for ordering a higher end custom bicycle but this was extreme and completely out of line. Besides the place is a dump.
