Optimizer Pro-safecart scammed, never worked, wouldn't refund money Internet

I bought the softwar online. I downloaded it and then it said to call a number for the technician to give you a key number and finish the process. I did this, and was on the phone for almost an hour. The technician wasn't able to finallize the installation and it never worked. Then they told me that I needed to hire their technician and it would be $350.00 for them to go thru my entire computer for a total of six hours and then it would be ready for it to work properly. I don't have that kind of money so I wanted to cancel this and have them give back my money. They wouldn't answer. Then I filed a claim with paypal, but they sided on their side stating the product was as described. I should have read the reviews first to see that they were known for this. It's not a lot of money, but it's just horrible that they will get people that will follow thru with their advice and pay hundreds of dollars and let them go thru your entire computer.
