Optimum7 6 Months Late on Project, Over budget , incomplete paid projects and total failure of website built Coral Gables Florida

This is the worst internet web service company I have ever come in contact with in my 15 years of owning a web ecommerce business.They write their own positive reviews so they look like they know what they are doing. But they don't,it's all smoke and mirrors.They had no clue on how to build a ecommerce site that works properly.They cost me $1M in sales over a 10 month period and even though I paid them in full for their work it was incomplete and not working.They held me hostage and wouldn't fix anything till I paid them more money.It took me 3 months when I finally decided that I had to get away from them or I would lose another million dollars.But they wouldn't help my new developer get away from their grip.They held my site at bay on their server and I had to do another expensive workaround to sever my ties with them.They are rude,inexpeienced and just palin awlful to work with on any occasion.The only time they were nice is when they took my money.Now I have a "real" developer who took my site back and in 6 months increased my sales 1100%, got my sales back to where they were before Optimum 7 and now my site is the best it's ever been in 15 years.Don't be fooled by these people or you will lose a lot of money.They don't have a clue but they will of course tell you different.I am sure at some point they will get what they deserve.The owner is a horrible person who yells at you on the phone.The word customer service is not in his vocabulary.Run away very fast from this company!
