Optimus Property Management I was interested in office space until I met the property manager Jerry Levan Tempe Arizona

After contacting a Grubb Ellis agent Andy Markam and met him at the office complex that I was interested in. This was a complex on Kyrene called the Kyrene Commerce Center. I was looking for some industrial space in that area and the price seemed in range.

I toured the complex and the space, I think it was suite 15 or 16. Afterwards the agent took me by the on site property managers in suite 5. We walked in the suite to an angry old man yelling at everyone in the suite. I guess this was the head property manager Jerry Levan and he is one bitter old man. He was yelling at some old woman and couple middle aged ones too. I looked at the commercial leasing agent shook my head and turned around and walked out only to get in my car and leave.

I recommend avoiding any space that Optimus is a property manager. This guy was a crackpot.
