I have been using Option One sleep disorder equipment for several years. They have made several trips to my home to deliver supplies. The last time I needed supplies to be delivered, the person they sent complained he was not able to get his car over my road, and that it was too dangerous. Their other people never complained, and in the ten years I have lived in this rural area, no one has ever said they could not get their car over my road. I have driven several small cars over it myself, including a V.W. bug which sits about as low to the ground as you can get. Now Option One refuses to deliver my supplies, and they tell me I will have to go to their office to pick up what I need, which is about 70 miles from my house.

In order for me to use a different supplier I have to obtain a copy of my sleep study from them. I have been told by another supplier that they are legally obligated to provide it for me. I have been trying to get it from them for about three weeks. They keep telling me they will call me back, but never call. I have asked for the manager, who is never there, and leaving several voice mails has not resulted in any returned calls.

They have told me I can also obtain a copy of my sleep study from the doctor who did the study, but that has been so long ago I am not able to remember his name, and it was a considerable distance from where I live. Now after all of this, ther person who answered the phone today claimed that they are under no obligation to provide me with a copy of the sleep study, and I can also get a copy from the hospital where it was done. That I can remember, and am trying to contact them.

The C-pap machine that I got from them is the only one my insurance will pay for, and if anything happens to it, I will be forced to deal with this provider again.

I sent a letter, by certified mail, to the president/ceo of Option One about the problems I was having with this company. They obviously do not care about customer service because I have received no reply to my letter. I did receive the return receipt from the post office, so I know my letter was received.
