Options Magnat Can't get money back out. London Internet

I deposited $1,000 into Options Magnat believing that it was a vehicle to trade Options. I didn't reaize it was Binary Options until I had already tranferred the money. They did match the $1000.00. Then they sent me the fine print contract that I was to sign and send back to them. I did not sign the contract. Instead I requested that my funds be returned to my account. I have called customer service several times. I have emailed the request at least 10 times. Each time I'm told that the request is under review and to be patient. They are polite enough but they won't return the money.

I will have to go through my bank and ask them to help get the funds back.

After reading other reviews it appears this is not abnormal. There is no problem depositing your money and spending it but it's nearly impossible to get it back out.

This company is not reputable. Stay away.
