Options University Refused refund after course material not available Las Vegas Nevada

I signed up for Options University Dec 2, 2013. My login did not work so I tried to contact them. Their on line support doesn’t work, I called their 866 number. Nobody answers the phone and you have to leave a message. My message was not returned, that day or the next. I called again and sent an email, neither were replied to. I tried again the next day both on the phone and by email. My account started working a week later, but I was unable to access any of the supposed bonus material. So, yes I tried again to contact them. Again no replies to phone calls or emails. On Dec 18 I gave up and left a message and sent an email to get my money back. They claim to offer a 30 day money back guarantee. But you guessed it all calls and emails are completely ignored. 3 Months later and dozens of calls and emails and I still have not received a refund.
