OptionsXO, Nick Russell I got ripped off to the amount of 25k by Nick Russell of OptionsXO London, England Internet

I initially invested 10K with OptionsXO. After my account was transferred over to Nick Russell, he suggested I should invest more and in exchange, I would get investment tips from him. He assured me that every trades suggested by him were protected by the company in case of any losses. It happened once at the beginning and the money was put back in my account after I accepted to invest more money. Over a period of 6 months, I invested a grand total of 25k with OptionsXO, and with Nick Russell advices, the account balance went up to 34K.  

 

On feb 2nd and 12th, 2015; I asked to withdraw 13k, and both times Nick Russell convinced me to cancel it. He suggested to make the account balance grow by the amount of 13K. I trusted him based on the idea that bad trades were protected.

 

End result, the amount in my acount went slowly down from 32 K to 1,163 $US. I tried to contact Nick Russell over Skype, or through customer services, he contacted me once saying the money was gone and claiming  he tried to get me a reimbursement for my losses. I never heard from him since. Calls made through customer services were unanswered. I canceled my account and cashed in the balance.

 

 I believed OptionsXO  was a trustworty company. The 1st reimbursement was only a way to get me to invest more. Everything seems good with OptionsXO until you try to me a withdrawal.
