For the record, Keali'i and I are not the same person writing these entries. Stupid of you to think that there is ONLY one person who has it in for Nelson and Steven. Like Keali'i, we both know of many others who have been burned by both of these two idiots.

As for you warveterans (Steven), did you not read my post from above? Steven has no license in the State of Hawaii for realty, investments, property development or ANYTHING.  Nelson Waikiki Jr. does not have a real estate, securities or investment broker license also. Do we care about what Steven did in NYC or Boston in the past?

Speaking of Boston, wasn't Steven involved with a Jason Joseph Zirkel aka "Gedne Howe" , a known and convicted Ponzi scheme con artist?  This info was easy to find on the web, makes for very interesting reading.

And speaking of convictions, I just spoke with someone today who was very familiar with Steven's credit card theft and fraud case and conviction (back in 2006). Seems like Steven swings boths ways when he has to, but then again, anything for a buck right?

What is truly hilarious is now Steven lists himself as "Managing Director" of Cabarete Investments in Panama City (as noted on his MySpace page before it went private). He also noted that he was a member of the "Opunui Native Hawaiian Development", another non-entity not listed in the State of Hawaii (as of today).

Please Steven, move to Panama City and take Nelson with you. Maui and Hawaii does not need people like you.   

Warveterans, go and crawl back to your hole in the ground in Kula. Maui (and Hawaii) is SOOOO small and people are onto Nelson's and Steven's line of BS. Their days of lies and deceit are coming to an end and I will be there to see it happen.

Well, this seems to be like a childs game that you love to play Steven Christian Dupont, so at the very least I would like to extend to the public in general of who I am and what I represent, what services I provided and my company information since you so love to call me a fraud.

Mahalo Keali'i for your articulate response. I appreciate your input into this matter and your thoughts regarding Nelson Waikiki Jr and Steven DuPont.

I wish more people who have been burned by Nelson and Steven also posted their experiences here for all to see.

The author of these allegations alias, "Keali'i" from Mau'i, Hawai'i is in serious debt to Steven Du Pont and has refused to re-pay Steven Du Pont.

Here is my response, and I am the Keali'i you are mentioning Steve. Here is my response to your inadequate logic pertaining to me:

1. I am not the author of that post about you and I owe you nothing.

2. I have not harassed you at all, I dont even know you.

3. I take medication, I do not abuse it at all...I had a stroke you moron.

4. Again, I had a stroke not a brain aneurysm. (And Mr. Ex Vice President, you should learn how to spell).

5. I am not unemployed, I own my own company in which you and Mr. Waikiki still have an outstanding bill which will soon go before the State 2nd Circuit Court. Remember, your cohort signed a legally binding contract with my company to provide services for Opunui Water, which of course I did not due to the non-payment of a retainer fee.

6. You are a licensed nothing. You have no business license here in the State of Hawaii.

7. ALL allegations to Steve C. Du Pont ARE true...

  Now, before you go on ranting and raving Mr. Steve C. DuPont, I suggest you take it easy and pay attention. I have saved every email that you and Mr. Waikiki had sent me. Your emails are damaging and have been forwarded to the State Attorney General's Office here in Hawaii. You have ripped off countless of people who are now victims to your scheme, and that includes me and my firm. Your cohort had signed a legally binding contract with my company for services which to no avail have I ever seen one cent...and may I say thank god and thank goodness for that. You have literally scammed countless victims and I have the paperwork to prove extortion conducted, formulated and idealized by the Opunui Water Company, which of course was forwarded to the State Attorney General's Office.

  So...do my words here sound like my cognitive skills are damaged? Do my words look like a substance abuse user? I believe you and your cohorts thought you could pull my company in on your scheme...problem was, you didnt think that I was smart enough to see past you and your cohorts ability to pull a fast one on me or my company...idiot!

There are no businesses, active or otherwise, under the name "Street Search LLC" or "Street Search Advisors LLC" listed in the State of Hawaii. There is a "Street Search Advisors LLC" that operates out of NYC, but we are referring to the Steven C. DuPont from Maui, Hawaii.

The Steven C. DuPont this report is referring to is approximately 48 yrs of age., balding with thin black hair, average build, drives BMW's and may be living in the Kula area of Maui, HI.     

There is no license number or license information associated with Steven C. DuPont in the State of Hawaii license database. If "warveterans" can show an ACTIVE and CURRENT license number for Steven C. DuPont for realty and project development work in the State of Hawaii, please do so.  

Steven C. DuPont, along with Doug Carillo Jr., paid off the investor mentioned in post number 2.  This has been confirmed with the "investor" who received his monies back.

One person received his original "investment" of $3500 back in full and that has been confirmed. Not sure as of May 24 how many others have had their initial "investment" paid back or how many others who have invested and not received anything. Will update this thread as confirmation is made from those who are paid back.     

The main people involved with this company are Nelson N. Waikiki Jr, Steven C. DuPont, Doug Carillo Jr and Heather E. Pitvorec.
