OPVEST INVESTMENT Sean Kirksey Investor Charged everytime trade is done promised big return for Investment until investment disappears Irvine, California

Opvest Futures Invesment  promised  big returns for investment. Sean Kriecj was the first agent who was teaching me how the investment works and persuaded me to transfer my 401K to Opvest because my annuity was not making money. Then it was taken over by Adam  after I  sent  Opvest  a  check for $30,000.00. He was insisting that I invest sixty thousand but I told him that I need the money to buy a brand new car. Then  Sean  Kriecj left the company and Adam followed him and I was told that my money left was only twelve thousand $12,000.00  Sean  Kirksey  and   associate took over the account and I told him that I have not received any statement from my investment I finally told him that I want my money back and he returned two thousand dollars from my initial investment of thirty thousand. Sean tried to make me sign a paper stating that I wll not  sue  him since he is the President of Opvest at that time. He promised to give me four hundred dollars if I signed the paper.  I refused.
