This company promises you a grant if you get accepted, which is actually a refund, for services provided by their partners. They make money from referrals. If you lose the targeted weight within a certain time, you get 80% back (or 20% for partners not listed). If you don't reach the goal, they do not pay.

You also have to write a thank you letter before the refund is approved. It is a requirement. They reserve the right to themselves to refuse this letter if they do not like it. It should be processed in 45 days after the target deadline and after weight out proof and invoice documents are submitted through their online system.

My wife reached the target before deadline and we did all this, by the book, we have been waiting for our money for 5 months now. Again, it should be 45 days. It is taking > 5 months. We tried contacting them many times, but they keep stalling and going around. The Oral Aesthetic Advocacy Group is the same group behind the Cosmetic Dentistry Grants. They are NOT a not-for-profit organization.

There is a CTV news piece on them already. BBB ratings are terrible and there are too many complainers like this. Besides, their video on YouTube show evidence that it bought or added fake accounts to give reviews to itself, and the YouTube algorithm flagged and deleted the accounts and ratings. They gave fake reviews on Google as well. It is quite obvious. Even if you need the program and even if they one day pay me back, I do not recommend these people for the lack of professionalism.

For now, I believe I lost the money and I'm going to the court. They left me no choice.
