I won't waste a lot of time telling everyone what Tim Smith has done to me, it is the same story that you all tell. He promised to do credit repair within 30 days and has done nothing except take my money.

Because Tim Smith threatened in an email to damage my credit when I demanded a refund I was able to forward that email to the Visa company and instantly got back that part of the money I paid him. Unfortunately, I too sent additional money in cash and that is what I am working to get back now.

I am a gay man and Tim Smith also used the terms "Fudge Packer" and "Soap Dropper" in a very slanderous way. I have those emails as well. When I informed Tim Smith that I was ill with a potentially fatal illness (cancer) and that the stress of dealing with him and his constant lies and excuses was more than I was able to deal with both physically and emotionally I let him know that he would hear from my attorney and to stop contacting me or I would press harassment charges. He chose to contact me anyway and promised once again that I would have my money by the end of the week....of course it never came.

Although I would love to see all of us get our money back I don't know if that will happen. What I think is so much more important is to put this criminal BEHIND BARS! Anyone who has been ripped off by Tim Smith and his company please contact me (((ROR redacted))) and together we can make sure that the secretary of states office as well the Orange County District Attorneys office are aware of what this man is doing.

He is the lowest kind of criminal, someone who preys on people who are desperate and already having troubles. PLEASE contact me so that we can see this puke locked up so that no one else falls prey to his fraud scam.
