No pagué mi cuota de mantenimiento desde 2014 hasta 2018. Desde entonces, no he podido usar mi tiempo compartido. Además me cobran de más la cuota anual y no me permiten utilizar mi tiempo compartido. Empecé a pagar completo el mantenimiento completo en 2019 pero no he podido disfrutar mi tiempo compartido.

Translation: 

I did not pay my maintenance fee from 2014 to 2018. Since then, I have not been able to use my timeshare. They also charge me more for the annual fee and do not allow me to use my timeshare. I started paying full full maintenance in 2019 but I have not been able to enjoy my timeshare.
