I am currently unemployed and looking for work.  I recieved an e-mail from "Orange Municipal Inc" as follows:

I left you a voice message regarding your job offer status. We've been reaching out to offer you our Office Clerk position...but you remain unresponsive. New hire orientation begins on September 19, 2014 and I want to hire you before then. Unfortunately, I still don't have your educational questionnaire on file and as stated on your application I can't offer you this full-time position without it. I will give you another call once I receive your completed questionnaire. Your start date will likely be on Sept 19th - if you complete everything now. If we don't receive your confirmation within 36-hours, I will have to rescind our job offer and move to the next applicant!

I found it suspicious as 1) I've recieved no such voicemail and 2) they would offer me such a high paying position without ever speaking to me.  Then, upon researching the company, I found numerous other reports of such scams.
