I am writing because I was unfairly suspended. I have been a psychic on Oranum since 2013 (4 years!), and Trinity is saying my "feed and audio" are messed up, and such is NOT the case. It was messed up for 2 minutes, and then I restarted it, and it was no longer pixalted. My sound is / was perfectly fine. I even asked members, and it was fine.
Secondly, I would NEVER give out my personal site or *personal* link. I never have, nor never will. I told members to GOOGLE my member name so they can read my reviews and get PERSONAL Readings (which one did tonight), and they have done this in the past, and gotten readings from me immediately afterwards.
NO one has been redirected to a *personal* site / link of my directly, EVER

- You: nor do I
- Trinity: It is not allowed to redirect people from our site.
- You: I was told they are not doing reviews anymore on Oranum
- You: I did not redirect anyone to any of my personal websites, nor have I ever
- You: So please do not suspend my account. I have not broken ANY rules
- You: I am asking people to google my username so they can read my reviews and get a reading on Oranum
- You: I have gotten readings on here because of it
- Trinity: Your account has been already suspended, not only for redirecting people, but also because your audio and video feed were unacceptable.
- You: I would like a supervisor's email immediately, because that is NOT right. I did not give out ANY personal link or personal website of mine

- You: I have gotten MANY readings from telling people to GOOGLE my MEMBER name for REVIEWS and to post the reviews in the chat so people (guests, etc) can read them! And then they get READINGS as a result o

- Trinity: Furthermore, your video and audio feed did not meet our requirements.

- You: You are twisting things around. I have not revealed ANY personal information, and they are getting READINGS because of my REVIEWS! I am asking them to POST them for members and guests to SEE

- You: and have worked as a FULL-TIME PSYCHIC on here. I have made $10,000 in a month before on Oranum

- You: I am LOYAL to this company, and you have me mistaken. I have NEVER broken a rule, and nor have I given out my *PERSONAL* link / website, only to Google my 5-star REVIEWS whch are FROM ORANUM!

- You: 3 years ago, before I knew you weren't allowed, yes, and I have NOT given out my personal website / link SINCE!
- You: I am one of Oranum's TOP psychics, and LOYAL to this company!
- You: That is how I have gotten customers! Through REVIEWS
- You: The reviews they are seeing are FROM ORANUM
- You: They are SAVED ORANUM REVIEWS
