When checking my phone bill there was a charge for $14.95 for "other charges". When opening that section it stated it was Enhanced Billing Services for Orbit Telcom. I was furious and called the number provided. They "offer voice mail services" and said that I signed up for it. I stated emphatically I did not and said to get it removed from my bill. This person then tried to sell me a years subscription for $114.00 I said NO...Either get this off my phone bill or I will contact the FCC. She said don't do that it will be taken care of. We will see.
I will contact AT&T Tomorrow and advise them I have no intention to pay this $14.95 and try to put a block on any "other charges" other than what I already have with them.
Ironically, I cancelled voice mail with AT&T because I have a telephone with voice mail. Why would I pay extra for what I already have for free??
