I Am Not Happy With Orbitz Worldwide!

They Tried Very Hard To Steal Ms. Sheila Sizemore's $450.00.

If I Did Not Step In, Then This Problem Would Not Have Been Resolved!

My very Good Friend, Ms. Sheila Sizemore Had Made A Purchase For Her Daughter's Birthday Which Is On August 31, 2015 whereby she will be 15 Years Old and obviously, she wants to go to Disneyland.

By Accident and WE ALL MAKE MISTAKES, Ms. Sheila Sizemore had booked the room for one week before her family actually wanted to go.

She thought nothing about this as your website Clearly States That She Can Cancel By August 24, 2015 For FREE!

Please NOTE: Since she saw the Wrong Date, she tried to diligently Change IT and Your System and/or Employee would NOT allow her to do so.

Yes, she WAS able to Cancel The Room, yet then she was told, "Attractions and services are non-cancel-able".

A Voucher has no cash value and is non-transferable. No refunds, credits, exchanges, or cancellations of a Voucher will be granted once Voucher has been issued. Refunds will not be issued for unused or partially used attractions or services. Availability and pricing for an attraction or service are subject to change without notice.

1) First - let me state that This Is NOT Made Clear Upon Booking The Reservation

2) Second - let me explain how Ms. Sheila Sizemore attempted to speak with three different agents to get this resolved and it is still Not Resolved!

Here We Go:

1st agent - ID - FREMATA - Hung up the phone on her when she demanded to speak with a supervisor. Yes, she said a curse word while having a conversation with your agent and in return, the female agent threatened her that if she continues on with that language that she would end the call. In all fairness - if your agents CAN'T handle a customer cursing - then they don't need to be agents! When she realized that she would not be able to help her, Ms. Sheila Sizemore than asked for a supervisor. As she was supposed to be getting her to a supervisor, Ms. Sheila Sizemore said the word B****. She then eventually came on the line and stated she told me that she would discontinue the call if she continued on with that language. I yelled at her informing her that if she would have been doing her job Right In The First Place by getting a supervisor on the line for her to talk to then she would have never heard that word come out of her mouth and again demanded a supervisor. She proceeded to HANG UP ON HER!!

2nd attempt - Ms. Sheila Sizemore then spoke with a supervisor named Jonathan who is Employee #14053 - who proceeded to tell her that he could not change the dates on the tickets and that it clearly stated that she could Not On The Website. When Ms. Sheila Sizemore asked for a manager, he said he was the top person there. As she continued to explain to him that I would not pay $450.00 for a set of tickets that she was NOT able to use, he just kept referring to the Bogus Policy.

*** YOUR POLICY DOES NOT STATE THAT SHE CAN NOT CHANGE THE DATES !!

Please NOTE: Ms. Sheila Sizemore did ask him to have a manager call her back and he then stated that someone else was available for her to talk to.

Once Again, she spoke with another supervisor named Hazel - 66083 who proceeded to call the place for the tickets and told her that all she had to do was To Fax Over The Request To Them and that she Would Receive An Email When It Was Completed.

At that time, it was almost 11:00 A.M. and she spoke with your managers since 7:30 A.M. in the morning and Ms. Sheila Sizemore still did Not Receive A Response!

Please NOTE: Before Ms. Sheila Sizemore reaches out to Every Social Media Outlet and Have ME as Her Witness Publish Negative Reviews With Attachments And Documentation On To Yelp.com, TripAdvisor.com, RipOffReport.com, PissedConsumer.com And ConsumerAffairs.com since I am their Lead Executive, Freelance Writer, I am Giving You An Opportunity To Please Fix And Remedy Out This Problem And/Or Situation And Make This Right For Your Angry And Upset Customer, Ms Sheila Sizemore!

The Mistreatment And Abuse That Ms. Sheila Sizemore Received This Morning By Your Associates Has Been More Than Unacceptable To Say The Very Least.

No One Deserves To Have To Go Through This Ever!

The FACT That You Expect A Customer To Just Lose $450.00 Just Because Of An Error In The Date Is Totally Uncalled For, Unacceptable And Absurd and

Will Not Be Tolerated, Whatsoever!

Please NOTE: If necessary, Ms. Sheila Sizemore Can Just Take This Case To Small Claims Court and Have A Judge Decide If You Should Be Held Liable For Taking People's Money Like This Or Not!

Please Also NOTE: If also necessary, Ms. Sheila Sizemore could also Reach Out To A Lawyer Who Specializes In Class Action Lawsuits.

>>> We Both Honestly Wonder How Many People Have You Already Stolen Money Like This In This Fashion Is The Question?

PLEASE ALSO NOTE: She Paid For This Charge with her American Express Credit Card and has Every Right To Dispute It With Them, however, WE are BOTH coming to You in the Hope that You Can Please Solve The Small Problem Without Ms. Sheila Sizemore Having To Seek Out Other Problem Solving Options!

Please ALSO NOTE: Ms. Sheila Sizemore even went and Booked Another Hotel With The Wrong Dates and even though their site clearly said Non-Refundable and that she Could Reschedule Based On Availability. When She Tried To Change The Date By The Week Ahead, the Promotion That She Received Was Not Available, However, Upon Speaking With Their Manager, They Were Able To Make An Exception And Gave Her The Reservations For The Next Week.

For Your Information: Ms. Sheila Sizemore, works for a Prestigious Company at Time Warner Cable and I Can Testify That They Give Away Stuff All The Time,

even with their policies being very clear, Exceptions Are Often Made.

For Example, Ms. Sheila Sizemore went to Small Claims Court for Time Warner Cable because a customer was billed for two (2) years after he signed up for a commercial account. When she showed the judge the policy that states 30 days to dispute a billing error, You know what the judge told her? Verbatim - "You Know Nobody Reads These Right?" .....and then proceeded to give the customer back all of the money for the past two (2) years.

Please understand that Ms. Sheila Sizemore is ONLY looking for an amicable solution to this matter and even though she paid more for the tickets through your website (even less on the Disneyland website), she is still Willing To Pay That Exact, Same Amount, however, she still Needs To Have The Dates Changed to September 3,4, And 5th, 2015.

Final Thoughts: I Don't Think That Disney Should Work With Orbitz Worldwide If This Is How They Treat Disney's Customers!
