Don't Trust These Dentists in Mansfield TX: I am very displeased with this dentistry. After filling out some paperwork, we waited for a few minutes, during which the receptionist was on the phone speaking another language. That doesn't bother me, but I know plenty of people who it would. Two people took x rays of my teeth and were both preoccupied with watching Dr. Phil. After ten minutes of x rays, I was taken into another room where I had my teeth "polished." The actual dentist then came in and continued to clean my teeth, and I'm very dissatisfied with the job he did. He did not completely remove the tartar from my teeth. I feel as if he (Dr. Castle) did the bare minimum. I will say, everyone was polite, but it felt very forced. There was definitely negative energy given off by most of the staff, especially the receptionist. She never once smiled, her eyes were very bloodshot, and she overall just did not seem genuine in her courtesy. She is definitely better talked to on the phone than in person. I felt somewhat rushed and awkward. The best part of this experience was the air conditioning. I will not be returning.
