Well known CON ATIST NICK QUIQWAI formerly of Thousand Oaks, CA. 805-390-2857 has been located working as a salesmen for solar giant ONE ROOF ENERGY of San Diego, CA.

Complaints by numerous homeowners against QUIQWAI in the Los Angeles area include thief of homeowners deposits, burglary of homeowners personal items ( jewelry, cash etc.), check fraud, check altering but the KEY signature of this Career Criminal was the opening of banking accounts using  DBA,s of the companies he gets hire.

Specialized software which builds signatures of criminal’s habits and style of crime which is called a signature. Had non-profits computer alarms spinning out of control today with a PHOTO of NICK QUIQWAI trying to cashing a check for $22,000.00 at a local bank branch (not disclosed), in the Long Beach, CA. area. If not for the quick thinking of the banks teller whose family member has a working relationship with ONE ROOF, this crook would have walked out of the bank 22k richer. A text from the relative confirmed that the proper company structure was not a DBA. When the teller question QUIQWAI, he offer to produce documents but never returned. The bank has placed holds on ALL accounts (2).

Additional resources have been called- in to locate and prosecute this CROOK. He is still on the loose. Customer Watch Groups are highly recommending to re-consider any appointments for solar under the ONE ROOF ENERGY name. This is not a reflection on them as a whole just a customer advisement to beware. He has been known using aliases and could be employment by other solar groups or home to home sales outfits.
