organix cbd I was charged 79.95 on my bank account . I did not authorize this and have called the company twice to resolve this. The first time when I asked to speak to a manager I was hung up on. The second time I was told I could not speak with a manager Wilmington California

I ordered a trial of this oil and found it useless. I have lupus and other autoimmune diseases. They will not allow you to return the product either!! What a scam!! I called twice after a 79.95 debit from them occurred on my bank account. The first time I called when I asked to speak with the manager when the agent became quite rude ,I was hung up on. Today when the agent started argueing with me ,I asked to speak to a manager and was told no. The only thing they offered was to send me a discount on more of ther crappy product!!!!!

I purchased a sample bottle that was a total of $5.95. I was then charged $79.95 on my account three other times. I called the customer service number that I found (1-844-902-1445) and explained that I should not have been charged the $79.95. The person I was speaking with told me that he was sorry we couldn’t come to a resolution and hung up on me. I then called back a second time and the customer service representative asked for my card information, saying he needed it to pull up my information. The previous representative didn’t need the card info to look me up. Just my address, and then I refused to give him the card number, so I was again hung up on. This is insane that this company is doing this to people who are buying their product for health reasons, and they take advantage of their customers and then refuse to refund money that they shouldn’t have even taken. I will be contacting an attorney in the morning, because clearly am not the only person who has been blindsided by fraudulent charges. I will never give this company my business again!
