Origin3, - Matt Jackson Fraudulant charges, incomplete design, false advertising Salt Lake City Utah

I too was ripped off from Origin3. Told 6-11 weeks to complete my site. Ultimately spent nearly $8200 over a 7 month period and the site still isn't done. Now, phone number changed, no responses to emails, and hosting has moved to another company. Now my partially completed site that was up has mysteriously stopped working.

What's worse, I was charged $770 for a security certificate and hosting for that certificate just days before they changed their phone number and quit returning emails, so they stole the money knowing they weren't going to do the work.

They also did two unauthorized charges for monthly web hosting after I paid for a year of hosting. Then after me having to hound and argue against them saying I didn't pay a year of hostin, I emailed them the receipt showing I had. They returned the charges by check, WHICH BOUNCED! Called the salesman who said he'd look into it and call him the next day. Did, and emailed, and never heard from a sole there again.

I filed complaints with the Better Business Bureau in September and was met with lies about what happened by Matt Jackson and one designer. I backed everything up with evidence, which was never acknowledged.

I have now filed a complaint with the Utah Attorney General at: consumerprotection.utah.gov/enforcement/complaint.html

And with the FBI at: ic3.gov/

I recommend all others do the same, and also am seeking legal action as the damage to my business is irreparable.
