It's been almost 16 years since I filed my initial report. I am Theodore John Badami.

My initial report was true. I have no idea what, if any, changes have been implemented since, therefore I must refrain from any more commenting regarding IBAKEUM, aka Original Jack's Baking Company and/or it's officers or employees.

If I assume Peter Avedissian is still sole proprietor, then I will assume nothing has changed. Peter is a businessman who supported(s) his family 100%. I'm talking blood family, not civil law family, therefore his support of his convicted sister, my ex-wide Judy Kohar Avedissian Badami, makes sense. I was forced to speak with Mr. Avedissian in January, 2015 regarding Judy's whereabouts, he reluctantly agreed to have her contact me, which she did, taking half my government pension in the process. Peter eluded to why she was arrested and filed, but would not elaborate. I initiated contact because she was, by State Law, entited to her portion of my pension before I could retire.

Enough said.

               I WAS HOSPITALIZED WITH BLOOD CLOTS IN MY LUNGS AND NOT KNOWING IF I WAS GONNA LIVE THRU ITHE NIGHT OR NOT AND SHE CAME AND SAW ME FOR A BRIEF VISIT AND LEFT LATER FINDING OUT FROM GOOGLE HISTORY ON HER PHONE THAT WHEN SHE LEFT THE HOSPITAL VISITING ME THAT SHE WENT AND MET THE VALET PARKING GUY WHO BARELY EVEN SPOKE ENGLISH AT THE VAGABOND MOTEL ON WHITTIER BLVD. I COULD NOT BELIEVE IT WHEN I SAW THAT PROOF AND WAS CHECKING INTO MOTELS WITH THIS GUY FOR MONTHS WILE LIKE TED SAID "WORKING LATE" WAS SPENDING SEVERAL HOURS ALMOST EVERY OTHER DAY IN THESE TOTAL DIVE MOTELS AND THEN COME HOME TO ME AFTER LIKE NOTHING. 

          SHE IS DEFINITELY NOMINATED FOR A ACADAEMY AWARD BY ME BECAUSE IM NOT DUMB AND SHE HAD ME LOVE HER LIKE IVE NEVER LOVED ANYONE ELSE IN MY LIFE EVER! Get the help you so desperately are in need of. With regard to your obvious insane comments regarding my stature with the company as well as my relationship with the "principals", you haven't a clue! You see, I don't have to openly announce disgruntles (in which case I have none); like a proper ADULT I discuss my differences and work through them. Yes, I may have a "cushion job" but I WORKED many years to get where I am. I do not need to ride on the coat tails of any one person to get what I need to survive nor am I looking for a hand out from the "principals" of the company.

Unlike you, I WORK FOR A LIVING!! The "forewarned" message that you have posted previously is not in any way intimidating, you know not who you speak of & I will not tolerate nor subject myself with your written insults. I speak when I want to and do not scare easily. Your situation is what it is due to your lack of self control (which is obviously noted on this website) and ineffective communication skills. If you were in fact "Over It", then ask yourself this.....Why are you still ranting about it? Is it possible that you are merely seeking to justify your behavior?

MOVE ON; as you have so strongly suggested, and leave those of us who have JOBS do them. My position with the company is none of your business and I owe you no explanations. And if what you say is true, that my initial report is only malicious revenge, then why, as an employee are you involved. Please do not make this personal. I am exposing the company's principles as it relates to the companies business practices.

What I wrote is not malicious but the truth and I can, and will, substantiate my claims with more information after the trial soon to commence is concluded. If that's what it takes to prove the principles of this company are as unscrupulous as I say, so be it.

This Rip-Off Report has to do with the company principles and their treatment of a legal family member and the publics right to know how they operate. I will express my opinion to you only as a matter of record. It is obvious to me things haven't changed much at Original Jacks. You obviously have too much time on your hands if you have time to surf the net looking to protect the company you WORK for. Is that your job, damage control?

I understand you, like Mr. Gallerger and Mr. BMW-HAS-AN-APARTMENT-IN-LONG-BEACH-WITH-JUDY'S-NAME-ON-IT, also drag around on Judy's coat tails to the local casinos spending money she claims she does not have while SHE has NOT paid ME on time for months, COURT ORDERED ALIMONY! Are you having fun spending my money?

It seems along with sticking your nose someplace you have no idea what you're talking about, you found time to obtain your psychology degree and offer free advice on that topic too. May I suggest to you: Just keep on typing and filing and minding your business?

What happened to me was real. Unlike the world you find yourself in, I refused to be blinded by money. I stepped up and simply told the world the truth about my experiences with a COMPANY. It was not a personal attack, but an attack by a company owned by people who made promises, made threats and finally made real... The life I now live. I suffered more from that one Company, Jack...Peter...Judy...Than I ever gained from lifetime of hard work. Those people took away from me more than you or anyone else could imagine. My marraige, my livelihood, my childhood home, my machines, my ideas, my trust, my hopes and to this day almost two years later, my breath away everytime I wake up and realize what people like you are truly capable of.

I have nothing more to say to you young lady than you should shut up. Shut your trap about crap you know nothing about. It was demanded today by Judy herself that I retract my initial post OR our "deal" to divorce was withdrawn. This "deal" was offered by me, sick and tired of waiting while Judy and her attorney sat on the proceeds of MY childhood home, it was ME who WAS going to sign over 100% of said proceeds to simply end the matter and move on. I was actually going to trust that Judy might find it in her heart to allow me the money I need to survive. What was I thinking? Obviously others do her speaking for her, I know now they do her thinking also.

You should have exercised better judgment during your relationship with Judy. You were obviously blided by love, but you should have used the services of a lawyer when making business decisions with her.

Sad to say, but you were played like a Stradivarius by Judy and her new boyfriend. You made a big mistake by trusting this b***h, and now (thanks to the People's Republic of California) you are going to pay dearly.

My suggestion to you is, if you haven't done so already, retain the services of a good divorce lawyer.
