Total Scam! Ordered an E350 Key remote. What they sent appears to be a dummy; what I know for sure is that it is not a workable key. 2 dealers and 2 reputable service people confirmed it is a scam. Apparently the only place you can get a Mercedes key programmed is from Mercedes. The Original Keyless people played me along and had me drive all over town expecting to be able to get my original key 'cloned'.  Once I realized I had been scammed and told them I was sending it back for a refund they stopped responding to emails. Even though I tried several times to call and left messages and even asked via email that they call me to discuss the problem they never responded to my phone calls. Definitely a Rip Off!
