I ordered a remote control from OriginalKeyless.com on Jan.21,2008 and received it a few weeks later. When I opened the box i discovered the remote was a used/abused one with scratches and chips. I called the company but the phone service is an announcer not a voicemail and it announce to communicate thru email. However when with numerous emails sent they would not respond.I returned the remote thru USPS with a tracking no. and know for sure they received it on March 3, 2008 To this day I have not heard from them or received my money back .

No return ever provided by customer...

Return instructions provided, no return received.
Customer ordered a 94 F-150 remote and could not follow the simple programming instructions that were included.
After numerous attempts to assist in programming, we offered to refund the order, but the customer never shipped it back when return instructions were provided.
While this order was back from 1/17/08, all orders have a 1 year warranty. If customer actually follows the return instructions a refund or exchange is available until 1/17/09.
