Orkin pest control thieves, incompetent, poor customer service Pearland, Texas

In January of 2009, my husband signed a one year contract with Orkin. We had a decent experience until our previous technician left the company. We never re-signed the contract and after 2010 began, we cancelled the card that was a part of their auto pay system. After a few bills in which we were invoiced for pest control services which could have never even been performed, there were notes placed all over our "account" that stated no services were to be performed without the verbal consent of the homeowners. I thought we we were done with them. Well the technician showed up and a friend let them in, after receiving confirmation that a service was performed, my husband authorized a ONE time payment with his debit card. And our annoying local Orkin office became a nightmare. Every sixty days I find myself calling Orin's corporate number to report the act that the Pearland office has once again stolen $90.65 from us. Well this tine I have had enough. On September 9, I was in a horrific car accident. The driver that hit me had no insurance and any savings and cushion we had is decimated. Plain and simple, that $90.65 they stole this month, they literally took the food out of my children's mouths. On Thursday, September 29, mind you they have been told never to step door on my property again, the technican knocked on my door. I told him that there would be no service performed. Apparently if his GPS shows he drove by here, that gives them a free pass to use a card they so not have permission to charge. If they weren't hiding behind the name Orkin, I would have had them charged with debit/credit card abuse, a state jail felony. These people need to be stopped. Not to mention I want my money back, yesterday. No one in Orkin's corporate offices will contact me either. Furthermore, they have referred me to the Pearland office ib the past, who tries to justify he charges. They are thieves and an atrocious company. They messed up and I shouldn't have to continually deal with these imbeciles.
