Orlando Better Business Bureau Closed BBB complaint as resolved but still receiving debt collection calls for someone else and kept A- rating for World Recovery Services LLC Longwood Florida

        Filed a complaint with the Orlando BBB against World Recovery Services LLC about numerous daily recorded Debt Collection calls for someone else after calling them on my own expense and telling them twice no such person resides at this phone number. First response to complaint claimed this was thie first time hearing about the person not residing at my phone number that was supplied to them from their client. Then they stated they would stop the recorded debt collection calls fro someone else, which did stop until the Orlando BBB closed the complaint case.

         I started to receive the debt collection calls for the same person again and let the Orlando BBB know about receiving calls again from World Recovery Services LLC 2 times. They just responded by e-mail stating "We received your not accepting World Recovery Services LLC claim of not calling anymore and your e-mails of calls still being received, but we closed the case." The Orlando BBB kept their A- rating for World Recovery Services LLC even though they did not stay true to their word of the debt collection calls for someone else stopping.

          Not really surprised about not receiving what is claimed in any Better Business Bureau complaint response though and will never believe any Rating of companies on the BBB site either. I see the LABBB Colton,CA has been banned from the Better Business Bureau and has now renamed itself Business Consumer Alliance and is sending out e-mails to people who filed complaints with them under the LABBB letting them know you used us in the past and now we are called Business Consumer Alliance ready to help anyone. I finally learned my lesson and will NEVER use the BBB ever again it's a waste of time.
