ORLANDO POOLS BY DESIGN- MATT SZAFRAN Do not buy a pool from Orlando Pools by Design- Matt Szafran HE DOES NOT PAY HIS SUBCONTRACTORS.This causes the subcontractor to try and chase him down for payment.
His refusal to pay his bills causes big problems for the poor unsuspecting HOMEOWNER who ends up with a Lein on their property and legal fees!
PROTECT YOURSELF & YOUR FRIENDS- GET THE WORD OUT!
The homeowners have paid Orlando Pools By Design-Matt Szafran in full and he REFUSES to pay the subcontractors. Do yourself a favor & if you have a pool being built by them DEMAND Lein releases, demand PROOF that he has paid the subcontractors and material suppliers for your pool before you give them a check! You can end up paying twice if you don't!
