OrthoWhite and DazzleWhite fraudulently advertised online as a "Consumer Report" News item (I believe at this website 'Mydazzle_News13KTV_com' now removed from internet) for free samples of whitener which if mixed together would give a brilliant whiteness to teeth---AND these could be obtained fom these companies for FREE!
Consumer Report did not release any such news item! This was a "scam" perpetrated by these two companies alone!
Their "reason" for getting a credit card number is to pay the small shipping fee for the FREE samples. Actually their plan apparently was to make repeated unauthorized charges over months for new shipments before the victim could stop the process.
My credit card company admits to knowing these companies are Fraudulent but since these fradulent companies claim to have autorization somewhere in the websites "fine-print" they have to assume it is a valid "contract"-but are filing a dispute claim.
It is hard to believe that fraudulent companies can flagrantly advertise under a reputable company's banner (like PIRATES) and get away with it!
