I paid for 5-10 day service on a package to Grenada (West Indies) and it has not been recieved after 22 days. I have sent it on previous occasions this same service and it was successful. I paid double for this service and it is taking as long as the other one (3-6 weeks and half the price!).

The worst part is the post office does not state/post that these services are not guaranteed! I was told it should be inferred beacuse ExpressMail is guaranteed. Refunds are only granted for ExpressMail, but it does not state that anywhere!!!

This is an injustice to the public, who put their trust in the Postal Service and essentially the government. If stores must post such policies why not the Post Office? It is almost as though such services are bogus, how can you charge for a service that is not guaranteed and not state that?

It doesn't make sense, if people knew I don't think they would pay the fee. They shouldn't have to, it is totally hypocritical. I don't believe many pople even realize this.

what about the grenadan postal service

AUTHOR: Travis - (U.S.A.)

POSTED: Thursday, August 19, 2004

has it ever been thought that maybe when the pacage gets to grenada there postal service delivers it. So a lot of this could be a problem with the grnadan postal service. Finally if it is not posted why assume ask the clerk or ask for the postmaster.it is very clear if you just ask.
