Seventeen days ago I ordered a pair of shoes online. My credit card was charged and the shoes never arrived.
I have called and spoken to several people at their toll free number and am connected to an answering service who takes messages for "specialists" who never return your calls. I have left 3 messages and sent 3 emails. Only one email was answered and someone apologized for the delay explaining that the shoe is very popular and they would send them out soon, but they still have not arrived.
I was given the phone number for a corporate office at 770.971.7733 but no one answers the phone. There is only a voice mail.
One honest person from the answering service had a weak moment and explained that numerous people have the same complaint. Thank goodness I put it on my charge account. I can dispute the charge and have the credit card company remove all charges.
Go to Zappos.com and order your shoes there.

We have recieved three emails from this customer concerning the status of her order on August 5 at 6:27am, 5:02pm, 5:21pm before this report was filed and we responded to every one of them the same day. We have not recieved any messages from our answering service, but that may not be this customers fault as we have had problems in the past getting our messages and are no longer employing this service.
The order was actually placed on July 28 at 8:39 am which was 9 days before this report was filed.
The customer's credit card was never charged against. That was verified by our accounting department.
We apologize that this customer is unhappy, but we do strive to provide our customers with a wide variety of comfortable, high quality shoes at the lowest possible price as quickly as possible.
