Osprey Global Sold me a deffective laser sight Carterville Georgia

On Fri. 2/8/19 at the Oaks PA gun expo, I purchased a mini green laser sight from Osprey Global. When I got home that night, I opened the box and noticed a piece to open the battery compartments was missing. A large black spacer was in its place. I tried to use it, but due to the soft graphite metal that it is made out ofbusy crumbled.

The next morning, I drove the hour one way trip back to the expo, paid my entry fee again and talked to the salesman. It took him 3 different sights to find one without the spacer, finally he found one with the brass tool. I exchanged the sight drive the hour home, put it on my sig 320 and it didn't work st .all. I called the company 4 different time from Sunday 2/10/19 to Tuesday 2/12/19.

I kept on getting a message saying they are doing inventory control. I checked my credit card tti see if the charge had gone thru, it had. I noticed s different phone number, called it... disconnected. I called thier website number again @ 330pm, their message said thier hours were 8am to 4pm. At 330pm, the message said they had closed for the day. BUYER BEWARE OF THIS COMPANY, CUSTOMER SERVICE IS NO WHERE TO BE FOUND.
