OSS Capital LLC On Site Solutions Another Pay Day Loan Scam Company In Georgia Doraville, Georgia

I've been getting calls from Troy Apkins (Operation Manager) for about a month now first he told me that I committed check fraud so in ignorance and fear I agreed to pay because i was told he would report me to the county clerk office.

Troy told me that my debt was $510 and when I called back he told me it was now $710 again in fear I agreed to pay. I told him that I would get a prepaid card because he told me I could not send a money order. I wasn't able to make the first payment and then I got a letter in the mail making the same threats about reporting me but this time the letter said they're going to report me to the IRS and foreclose on my home.

the P.O. Box on the letter is 48583 Atlanta, GA 30362

I contacted the attorney general in GA and found out that it is a common collection agency scam and that these companies pretend to be law firms and law enforcement and act like they're affiliated with government agencies to scare debtors into paying. I filed a report with the FTC and they told me the same thing. Both agencies also told me that part of the reason they are so aggressive in collection is because they purchase the debts and want to make their money back and they also hire collectors to work on commission.

I also found out the owners name and numbers Omar Amer 2014529152 & Samar Madanat 4044271383 Troy Apkins called me from 6784308839 this number is also on the letter Their main # is 8668247363/4042872130  I don't want anyone else to be scammed, I'm grateful that I didnt get that prepaid card because I probably wouldnt have been able to get my money back. This scam needs to stop.
