Show customers why they should trust your business over your competitors...
I gave them my credit card to get my credit score. They then billed every month for some kind of credit card protection, which I was not aware of. I got back 5 months via my credit card company, but they stole about 5 months from before I found it on my credit card statement.

It took me a while to notice this recurring monthly charge on my credit card from your company. I looked the company up on the internet and called to find out what it was. I guess at 79 years old ( I am a CPA, CFE, CFI), I didn't read when I gave my credit card to find out my credit score, that you were going to bill me each month for something. The girl I talked with said she could only reverse the current bill, which she did. I went to my credit card company and got 4 months back. You still screwed me. You know exactly what you were doing and I wonder how many other elderly people you have cheated and still are cheating.
