A credit report online was offered for $1.00. A membership was offererd later in the ads for $29.95. I declined the membership but was instructed to enter a charge card Name and acct. # for purpose of paying the $1.00. It was not suppose to charge anything else. One week later they charged a monthly premium for membership of $29.95 whip had been declined the week before. It seemed the offer was quit after my 1st decline but obviously was just set aside. I don't even think the credit score was  correct and they offered very little if anything else!
