OTL scoresense.com Didn't want the service and still charged Dallas Texas

Signed up for scoresense, didn't plan on keeping it because I get two credit services for free and one for only five dollars a month. No need for me to keep scoresense, just got it as a test. Thought I cancelled but didn't called a day after trial. Originally told by rep that it would be cancelled, then I get an email from scoresense saying that I was being charged. Didn't understand that because the rep told me it would be cancelled. Was also told that it wasn't a big deal since much time hadn't passed after trial.

I challenged the charge with my credit card company, for some reason scoresense rejected it?? Don't understand why scoresense is trying to take money from someone who doesn't want the service and who doesn't need it. I'm sure they're aware of the free services out here. Are they really that much in need for 40 dollars. Seems a bit much. I'd like to get the amount refunded, so I have to challenge it again. It's ridiculous.
