I admit that I made the mistake of ordering the wrong size phone case, but the Otterbox website claims to allow cancelation of orders. I immediately canceled the order. I was charged the next day. I recieved an email claiming that my order was not processed, and that the funds were temporarily being held by my bank. I recieved the phone case a few weeks later, and was still charged the money I paid.

I contacted the company again asking for a refund. I was sent another email claiming they would send me a package to send back the phone case to return the item. They never sent me the return envelope. Here I am, months later, without my money.
