This is a clear attempt of slander and it contrasts with thousands of positive feedback about us, that anyone can find in many many forums and blogs.

This statement does not correspond to reality.

We think that this declaration was not done with good faith and it is not reliable at all.
Our lenses, Carl Zeiss lenses, are produced by American Optical and their quality is excellent.
All our customers can return the item they receive if they are not satisfied and obviously this process takes some days. We accepted the return from this customer and we are now processing it.

As far as we are concerned, this is only a grim attempt of slander, which is in deep contrast with the opinion our customers have about us.
