Im been calling and calling and nobody have the right answer, I have a store, 1 a/c, 3 computers, 1 tv, and fluorescent lights and im getting a bill of 430$ a month when im only have a consumption of $115, they just says that there is a minimum charge of $200 that I have to pay even if I dont have any consumption plus other charges are you kidding me????? this is a rip off and nobody can protect you???

Since you are saying nobody has the right answer, you obviously must know what is the right answer.

So can you please tell us what this answer is?

Perhaps the answer lies in your bill because I am sure it does not just say Usage $115, total due $430. It would obviously break down the rest of the bill. Of course if it doesn't how about posting it here for all to see(with your personal info blocked out of course).
