Our 365 Baby Portraits THE WORSE COMPANY EVER TO WORK FOR! PROMISED COMMISSION BUT NEVER GOT IT! St. Charles Missouri

I've only been working for Our365 baby photography company for a few months and it is a complete nightmare. Basically it is a very large company based in Missouri that runs all of the Hospital Newborn photography all across the US Canada and Puerto Rico. When I was initially hired and was told by my district Manager that I would get a base salary or commission whichever was higher. The problem is, I have been selling pictures like a mad woman and I am still getting base salary!!! One day alone I remember selling over $300 worth of photo packages! I have yet to see my commission from that yet. All of the Baby Photographers work so hard and I have a strong feeling that whatever we sell goes straight to our District Managers. Weird but true. They put so much pressure on us to sell pictures. The district Managers even get mad when we sell the smallest package we offer! They even get upset at us when the mom's decline to have their baby's photos taken. Every time I think about going to work I get sick. I've noticed that this company has posted alot of new jobs and I am guessing it is because alot of the workers are quitting due to the way they are being ripped off. I advise you never to work for this company EVER!!!
