I signed up for One Month of Our Time via Ourtime.com and promply went into Settings, My Account, and checked no for Is my Acct. set to Auto Renew as I did not want to pay for more than one month subscription. When I checked my Credit Card it was noted that Our Time posted a $39.00 charge to my account even though I had not given permission to charge my credit card!!

When I called Our time two seperate times I was told by John and a foreign lady that they were not able to credit my account and that it is just the way that Our Time Opperates. I exp. that this is fradulant behavior and I would take it up with my bank! So it doesn't matter what you sign up for with Our Time,  once they have your credit card number they will charge you when ever they feel like it!!

This behavior is illegal, unjust and uncomprehensiable !!! So Sad that you are sooo greedy that you have to stoop to this level of fradulent behavior, I hope this is posted on a very large bill board for all to see and your company gets exactly what it deserves!!

It was not a free membership, I signed up for one month, one month only and checked DO NOT RENEW and they debited my credit card anyway.

Last I knew this is FRAUD, ILLEGAL behavior.

I think it's about time someone did something about this, after all, I see many, many complaints regarding OUR TIME.

Perhaps It is time that I do a Commercial to EXPOSE this unsavory practice!!

Could you clarify your report

I have a difficult time understanding the timeline of your report (below).

Version 1: Here is what I got from your report...

You signed up on the site for a month (not sure if a free or paid memeber). On the first day of signing up, you set up to disable auto-pay. Then you checked your credit card and saw that you were charged for a subscription.

Version 2: Here is what I think you want to report...

You signed up on the site as a paid member for a month. On the first day of signing up, you set up to disable auto-pay. The month has passed and you see another charge coming up on your credit card statement. Is that what you are trying to report?

Now, if your report is about version 1, I can't verify that. I went to the site and signed up as a (free) member. Along the process, I was not asked to enter any credit card information. So I would ask you to clarify the step you took while signing up.

If your report is about version 2, then you may verify that your account setting is still what you said. If so, then it a rip off.
