Our365portraits.com our365.com Complete ripoff for baby pictures, high pressure sales. Obtained and sold personal info without permission. Internet

My son was born in May of 2011.  A day after he was born a photographer comes to the room and offers to do a photo shoot.  Long story short I paid $140 for 12 pictures.  Then this company (our365firstpictures) sells my info without permission to our365portraits.   The name looks similar but apparently they are two completely separate companies.  These people send a photographer to my house and he takes some pictures and tells my wife that he will come back with a free black and whie picture for her.  He of course does not show up but instead we get a salesperson who works on comission.  He offers my wife 62 pictures on a CD for $370.  My wife is at home with a two month old baby, and some guy who is a salesperson telling her that they are the only company in the world that will spend this much time doing these pictures and they are the best.  This company is a complete ripoff.  What is comes out to is about $6.00 per picture.  Why so expensive?  Well, the photographer, the salesperson, and the owner of the company are three different people.  Everybody has to get paid though.  Regarding the selling of my personal information I have contacted the AG in PA and also NJ.  I will let them investigate the selling of my info.  I did request to see proof that I allowed them to "share" my info with their "partners" but they could not send it to me even though they say they have it.  This company is a complete ripoff.  They prey on people who just had a baby and are in a tough spot.  I don't have a lot of money right now (diapers, formula, Etc....) and these people think it is ok to have me pay 400 this month for 62 pictures.  In this economy right now I just can't afford it.  I also cannot tell my wife no to baby pictures that she says are "so cute".  They know all this and set up their business accordingly.  What kind of photographer needs a salesperson to sell the pictures?  A photographer who knows that the pictures are way too much money and still needs to sell them.   I feel ripped off, violated, and the fact that some stranger comes into my house and pressures my wife to buy these overpriced pictures is amazing to me. 



To anyone from this our365 : Respond to this post if you want.  I would love to hear what you have to say for yourselves.  Companies like tour365 not only make me sick, but are also the root cause of the economy being where is it right now.  I know the AG's office will investigate this claim and I can only hope that he shuts these people down.  For the record I was never under an obligation to buy anything, other than the fact some high pressure sales person is sitting in my living room showing my wife pictures of our two month old baby and telling her how good they are.
