Ourselveslike.com Scammed me on Facebook ads Beijing Huagong Beijing

I ordered last May 30,2018 in a Facebook ads which landed on their website ourselveslike.com an osmo 2 mobile smartphone handheld gimbal worth $46.77 it was deducted on my account on June 1 2018. After 2 weeks of waiting I did not hear anything from them about shipment so I emailed them and they responded that they couldn't find my order but I gave them the details of my order like order number, a screenshot of my order until after couple of emails they send the tracking number so I was tracking it for weeks until it arrived today July 13,2018. I was so shocked to find out that they sent me a small plastic parcel ( 4x5 inches plastic ) I opened it and I've got a 1x2 cardboard inside and nothing else. Of course the smartphone gimbal won't fir in a 4x5 inches plastic parcel.
