This company was hired by Rafael & Gabrel Francisco of Out of Shot Productions in 2017 to build a branding strategy for the movie studio. Instead, they squandered the funds on personal expenses. The petty cash fund was drained as well. "Oustr Media" is extremely untrustworthy and incompetent. They even had the audacity to ask for more money after depleting the account.
Our contract with Oustr Media went missing as well, we gave them temporary access to our facilities in Green Point and it seems very suspicious that the only thing misplaced/missing is the contract Out of Shot had with "Oustr Media". We are looking through all of our digital records, we do not want to accuse anyone of anything without proof, yet without the contract, we will have difficulty recovering funds. Please be very cautious of this LLC.

I am one of the managing members and owners of Out of Shot. I can tell you that this report made about Oustr Media is 100% false. The claims made in this report are defamatory and falsely accuse Oustr Media of criminal activity. Oustr Media is in fact a trustworthy business.
Out of Shot has never had any business with Oustr Media. Out of Shot has never had any business with Rafael and Gabriel Francisco. Out of Shot has never owned or rented space in Green Point. Out of Shot has had no plans to make a movie studio. Mark Floyd has never been employed at Out of Shot. In fact, this report was not even filed by Mark Floyd, but by someone posing as Mark Floyd.
Myself and the owner of Oustr Media have strong reasons to suspect who wrote this report and can promise it doesn't accurately reflect the business of either company.
As a managing member and onwer of Out of Shot, I request Ripoff Report to take down this claim. The claims made in this false report have caused financial harm to the owner of Oustr Media. It is unfair that a person can pose as someone from my company and harm another. I have also contacted the suspected accuser to take down this report.
In hopes to get the attention of the suspected accuser, I will paraphrase Mitt Romney's quote: companies are people too.
