Outdoor Vantage advertised on Instagram and I clicked the link to their website for the lazy neck holder. I ordered the lazy neck holder last February 4th 2018 and it said that since they are moving warehouses, there would be a 14 to 25 day delay on my order. Okay fine. Then, they sent me a tracking number for my order which didn't work. And they said wait around 24 hours for the tracking number to show online. So I did, and it still didn't work. So I emailed their customer support which said that if I don't receive it I'll get a full refund. It is now May 6th 2018 and they have not replied to any of my emails since April and I still have not received the items I ordered and the tracking number is still a fake.
