Sistemi di Luce was the original name of this SCAM company. Next was SHESELLSHINE.COM, SHESELLSHINE.NET and on and on.
Now it is outletdesign.IT and connected to the original Sistemi di Luce web site.
Read their sales conditions. They try to use every excuse to EXPLAIN why you either did not receive the lighting you ordered and PAID for and to explain WHY YOU DON'T get a refund.
I ordered over 1000 euros of lighting from the company and NEVER RECEiVED ANY LIGHTS. Only emails explaining difficulties with shipping, manufacture and blaming the original company, Flos, for not having stock. I contacted Flos who informed me that they receive a dozen calls every day from other VICTIMS of Sandra Maffezzoni. That is why they are suing her.
Sandra Maffezzoni, the ringleader of this nasty internet scam, uses delay tactics writing "problems with manufacturer" "Out of stock, must wait for next delivery" "problem with the shipment" and on and on, untl it is too late to obtain a refund for your purchase from the credit card company.
Simply...DON'T ORDER ANYTHING FROM THEM. YES, their prices are better. BUT you will probably never receive your lights.
ALSO- they are NOT authorized dealers of any lighting, that i am aware of. Flos, Artemide and Toscarini have all been in lawsuits against her using their names and pictures of their lights.
Stay away. Be careful and order only from authorized dealers.
Marco Carminati has helped Sandra Maffezzoni in this SCAM where the company is STEALING CUSTOMER MONEY because he is the WEB MARKETING DESIGNER for her companies. SO he is WELL AWARE of the EVIL and AMORAL type of woman that she is. He has read the internet reports from VICTIMS and elected to work WITH HER and not turn her into the Italian authorities. HE HELPS HER WITH AVOIDING AND HIDING THE BAD INTERNET PRESS- that is his speciality. He is as guilty and as BAD A PERSON AS SHE IS!
Good luck MARCO. How will you feel when someone in your family is a victim of an evil person like Sandra? Karma....karma....Marco....BAD karma....

Sadly, I didn't see this report until it was too late. I ordered a light in early June and still have not received it. This thieving FRAUD storefront is a license to steal from pretty much everyone and anyone. Credit card companies should NOT be abetting this fraud. They are well aware, but don't seem to care. The authorities are well aware, but this FRAUD continues to this day. I don't understand why they haven't been shut down? The owners should be in jail. Any other business that attemted a FRAUD as pervasive as this WOULD BE IN JAIL. Not only are they NOT in JAIL, they continue to operate and take people's money.
Anyone who orders from Sistemidiluce, say goodbye to your money. BYE BYE.
