Outline Depot Stole 10 dollars from me Internet

Outlinedepot claims that you can pay 10 dollars to purchase an outline. But, some of their outlines do not work and will just steal your 10 dollars. They have no phone number or address to contact when something goes wrong. They claim that you can e-mail them at info@outlinedepot.com to resolve issues, but I asked for a prompt response explaining the situation in an e-mail to them two weeks ago and no one ever responded.

Below is my response to another one of Paul's accusations that a complaining customer is lying:
"I purchased an outline from OutlineBank over a month ago and it turned out that the outline was not based on the textbook OutlineBank said it was. Furthermore, the outline was nearly ten years old, and was based on an area of law that has seen many changes in the last five years.... thus the outline is useless. I have sent five emails to OutlineBank (all a week apart) informing them of my situation and requesting that they please inform me of my options, if any. THEY HAVE NOT RETURNED ONE EMAIL. Use this service at your own risk and I highly suggest not paying for an outline as (1) you are likely not going to get the outline you think you are getting, and (2) if you have a problem it appears you are SOL."

Dear mister or miss "anonymous",
Our outlines are all "Microsoft Word" documents. They are not executable programs, therefore they do not do any "work" as you describe. If you had trouble opening or viewing an outline, it would be the fault of your own computer or your installation of Microsoft Word.
As for our customer support, we reply to all inquiries in a very timely manner. If you never heard back from us, it is because you never contacted us. You must have mistyped our email address. Or, more likely, since your computer is already having trouble with Word, your installation of Outlook is probably hosed too.
And we do NOT STEAL money. That is a very serious accusation you're making there. If we did as you say, you could have gotten your payment refunded through your credit card company. As it stands though, we have never had any chargebacks, because we do very good business and have thousands of satisfied customers.
